On Earth As It Is In Heaven
We, like our Savior, face trials that bring fear and trembling to the very depths of our souls, but like Christ, we, too, must seek God's will, not our own. When we learn to accept God's will without reservation, we experience the peace that He offers to the wise belivers who trust Him completely.
Dear Father, let me live in the present, not the past. Let me focus on my blessings, not my sorrows. Give me the wisdom to be thankful for the gifts that I do have. Let me accept what was, let me give thanks for what is and let me have faith in what most surely will be: the promise of eternal life with you. Amen
