Let's start with the fruits of spirit Galatians 5:22 - 26 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace. longsuffering gentelness. goodness. faith. 23 Meekness. temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.
We have a duty to act the way we would like others to interact with us and yes it does start with YOU. No matter how upset to happy you are just know that people react and reflect the way YOU put it out there. So when you get upset or mad just remember the word says "Let this mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus". The beginning of the fruit of the Spirit is the 4 letter word we love to hate, but LOVE requires something of you the individual. To care about someone other then yourself and just your close family members.
Go look at 2 Peter 1:3 - 8 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: 4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 5 And beside this, giving all dilligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; 6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; 7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. 8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Things just got simple and crystal here but let's look at Philippians 4:8 Finally, bretheren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are good report; if there be any virtue, and if any praise, think on these things. Double wow did you not just see the word virtue mentioned in 2 Peter 1 and then again here in Philippians? Wow what a word virtue is. Simply amazing virtue is an requirement huh (behavior showing high moral standards) wow.
Watch therfor your thoughts because the word says in Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he; Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee. Enough said it can get no plainer than that.
